Endoscopic Selective Neck Dissection via Retroauricular Approach

Lymph node metastasis is the single, most powerful prognostic factor in head and neck squamous cell cancer, which means that cervical lymph management should be considered even treatment of a clinically node-negative neck. More conservative selective techniques dissection have been developed ever since radical was first introduced. Despite provides less functional damage, disfiguring scar after still remains inevitable. Recently, surgical endoscopy robotic system introduced many clinical trials for aesthetic approach using shown their feasibility safety. Hereby, we describe preparation procedure endoscopic (level I, II, III) via retroauricular 41-year-old male patient with oral tongue cancer.
